The Cadron Institute was founded in 2017 to offer calm career, spiritual, and leadership guidance to individuals and organizations, as well as autism consulting, stress reduction education,  and chaplaincy services. 

Amanda Moore, D.Min. is Cadron Institute’s founder, advisor, and consultant. A chaplain, former library administrator, and congregational leader, Rev. Dr. Moore has certifications in Autism life/career coaching, stress management education, and Enneagram Spectrum of Personality Styles. She has specialized training in pastoral care, trauma-informed resiliency, servant leadership, and spiritual practices. As the mother of a young adult with a diagnosed Autism Spectrum Disorder, she has a passion for helping autistic teens and adults (and ALL teens and adults) maximize their potential, as well as advising organizations and communities in welcoming and supporting neurodiverse individuals. She is a graduate of Harvard Divinity School, Simmons University Graduate School of Library and Information Science, and Drew University’s Doctor of Ministry program in congregational leadership and group dynamics.
